Mr.S.Jaisankar has 7 years of teaching and 4 years of industry experience. He teaches Quantitative Methods, Operations Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and E-Commerce. He has received his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from PSG Polytechnic and graduated from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore with a BE in Mechanical Engineering. He has also completed MBA with specialization in Operations Management. He is currently pursuing his doctoral program from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem. He has published 3 books and has presented papers in International and National conferences. He has won the Best Paper Award in a National level conference on Business Research, 2004. His articles have been published in international and national journals on his areas of interest TQM, Lean Manufacturing and Technology Management. He is an active member in Coimbatore Productivity Council (CPC) and Coimbatore Management Association (CMA). |

Ms.Kirupa Priyadarsini has undergone her Ph D in HR at Bharathiar School of Management and Entrepreneurial Development (BSMED, Coimbatore) between 2004 and 2007 under the UGC – JRF Grant and her area of research is “Impact of HRM Practices on Business Performance”. She has 2 years of teaching experience and 3 years of research experience. She has done her under graduation in business management from PSGR Krishnammal College of Women, and her post graduation from Shri Nehru Maha Vidhyalaya Institute of Management and Research. Her area of competence is HRM and Strategic HRM. She has presented papers at 3 National level conferences, and 2 International conferences. Two of her articles have been published as chapters in books. Some of her achievements include passing the National Eligibility Testing (NET - JRF) conducted by the UGC, Bharathiar University 1st rank holder and Gold Medallist in her MBA, and a university fifth rank holder in under graduation. She has also received the KG Endowment gold medal for excellence in academics. |

Completed her B.Com Degree from Avinashilingam Deemed University in the year 1997 and took up her PG degree (MBA) with distinction from the same university in the year 1999, her area of specialization is marketing. She did her M.Phil (Entrepreneurship development) at Madurai Kamaraj University in the year 2003. Since 1999, she is into the field of teaching. She has got 8 years of teaching experience. She has registered her Ph.D at DJ Academy for managerial Excellence, Coimbatore. She has presented papers in 3 National Seminars and 1 International Seminar. |

Mr.R.Vishal Kumar has three years of academic experience. He serves as lecturer in the accounting and finance area. He graduated from P.S.G.College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore and worked as an audit assistant for a firm of chartered accountants in Chennai. His work exposure is in the area of auditing of manufacturing firms and nationalized banks. He pursued his MBA in Finance from Guruvayurappan Institute of Management Coimbatore. He has presented papers in National and International conferences. His working paper on Knowledge Management in Audit Firms won the best paper award at a National Seminar on Knowledge Management.
His areas of interest are Shipping Finance and Strategy, Cost competitiveness and Securities Analysis.
