RULES & REGULATIONS

STUDENT SHOULD FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING RULES STRICTLY:

  • 1.Stand wherever you are for the first bell at 8:44 a.m. for one minute prayer.
  • 2.Be punctual to the classes.
  • 3.Stand up when the faculty enters the classroom and remain standing till you are asked to sit.
  • 4.Leave the class room during the lecture only with proper permission.
  • 5.Do not make any noise while moving from classroom to classroom.
  • 6.Be polite to elders and courteous to all.
  • 7.Do not throw papers or ink on the floor/corridors/staircase. Put the waste materials in the dust bins provided.
  • 8.Do not write anything on the walls or disks or on any college property.
  • 9.No meeting of any kind shall be held without prior written permission from the Principal.
  • 10.The students shall not collect money for any purpose without the permission from the Principal.
  • 11.No notice of any kind shall be circulated by students or pasted anywhere in the College Campus without prior permission from the Principal.
  • 12.No students shall take part in any political activity.
  • 13.Students are responsible for the care of their personal belongings (Calculator,Cell Phones etc). For the loss of property the college is not responsible.
  • 14.Students should make it a habit to read the notice/circulars and other papers displayed on the Notice Board and take appropriate action as directed therein.
  • 15.Any property found in the premises must be handed over to the office with relevant details.
  • 16.Change of address is to be intimated to the office then and there.
  • 17.Students should park their vehicles in the space meant for parking.
  • 18.Students should desist from soiling the walls with their footwear marks.
  • 19.Always keep your environment clean.
  • 20. Wear the lanyard along with Identity Card, as long as you are in the college campus.
  • 21.RAGGING IS AN OFFENCE AND THE ACCUSED IS LIABLE TO BE ARRESTED AND IMPRISONED IN ADDITION TO BEING DISMISSED FROM THE COLLEGE.
  • 22.Smoking as well as consuming of any form of intoxicants are strictly prohibited in college and hostel.
  • 23.Students must not conduct themselves so as to bring discredit to the college.
  • 24.Self –discipline is expected from students to all common places like classrooms , library, playground, canteen , common functions etc. Failing to abide will lead to disciplinary action.
  • 25.Wear clean and decent dresses. T-shirts and baggy pants of any form are not permitted. Shirts with captions/psychedelic colours are not permitted.
  • 26.IN ACADEMIC AND DISCIPLINARY MATTERS THE DECISION OF THE PRINCIPAL IS FINAL.
  • DRESS CODE

    • Wear proper fitting clothes considered decent and acceptable.
    • Whenever formal days are declared every male student is expected to wear a tie with shirts tucked-in with shoes and socks.
    • Students shall not wear “T” shirts/banians/sleeveless shirts or shorts for classes. Shorts will be allowed only in the sports field.
    • Girls are expected to wear salwar suit with duppatta or saree. Short tops or Kurtha’s are not allowed

    The continuous Assessment mark (Out of 40) is based on following :
